Ingredients :
Boiled Eggs - 6
Chat masala powder - as required
Salt - As required
Chilli powder - As desired
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Finely cut onions - 2 tbsp
Finely cut coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Sweet Chutney - 2 tbsp
Garam Masala - optional.
Method :
To make Sweet Chutney :
1. Boil tamarind extract with salt and jaggery till it becomes thick.
2. Remove the skin from eggs, cut into flour, mix other ingredients and toss gently.
