Cooked crab Meat – 1 cup
Brandy – 1 tbsp
Egg Whites – 4
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Chopped parsley – 1 tbsp
Chopped cooked ham – 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste.
1. Mix together crab, cornflour, milk and brandy.
2. Beat egg whites, add seasonings and mix into the crab.
3. Heat 7 tbsp oil, add the crab mixture and cook till thick.
4. Decorate with parsley amd ham.
