Mor Kuzhambu Recipe

Ingredients:
500 gms White pumpkin or Sooran
500 gms Sour curd
1 Coconut
4 to 5 Green chillies
1 inch piece Ginger
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
100 gms Chana dal, soaked
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Chop the pumpkin into large pieces and pressure cook till one whistle.
2. Grate the coconut and grind it with coriander powder, ginger and red chillies to make a fine paste.
3. Grind the chana dal separately.
4. Fry the pumpkin and add the ground chana dal and cook till done.
5. Add the ground masala, stir and remove from fire.
6. Serve hot.

wow.what a half baked sloppy recipe. you never bothered to add sour curd in the gravy in the recipe..

recipe calls for green chillies, cumin seeds and yoghurt - what should one do with those ingredients. No seasoning mentioned, or salt. Poor quality recipe
