Ingredients:
2 cup cooked rice
1 cup buttermilk
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
3 green chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
a pinch of asafoetida
1/2 cup gram flour

Method:
1. Soak cooked rice in buttermilk and mash well.
2. Then add finely chopped coriander, salt, chilli powder and chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and asafoetida and mix well with gram flour to form a batter.
3. Heat a griddle and spread a little batter like a dosa.
4. Cook on both sides and serve hot.
