Bread Sandwich Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
4 boiled potatoes, coarsely mashed
1 sprig coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
8 slices bread
1 cup curd, whisked
3 tbsp mint chutney
2 tbsp tomato ketchup

Garnish
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin (jeera) powder, roasted
50 gms gram flour strings (sev)
1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped

Method:
1. Heat the oil and fry the potatoes, coriander leaves, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder and salt for 2-3 minutes.
2. Divide potatoes into equal parts and make 4 sandwiches using the 8 bread slices.
3. Grill them in a sandwich toaster and cut them into small squares.
4. Pour curd, mint chutney and tomato ketchup on top.
5. Sprinkle with red chilli powder, cumin powder and gram flour strings.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serves 4
