Andhra Meat Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
150 ml yoghurt
3 tsp garlic paste
3 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp chilli powder
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
750 gm mutton pieces
3 tbsp oil
2 ground onions
3 green cardamoms
3 cloves
3 chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp cumin
10-12 curry leaves


Method:
Whisk yoghurt with garlic and ginger paste, chilli and turmeric powder and coriander. Pour over meat. Set aside for 3-4 hours.

Heat oil, fry onion until colored. Add cardamoms and cloves. Fry for 1 minute. Add meat with marinade. Cook until liquid has been absorbed.

Fry meat until colored. Add tomatoes. Continue frying for 10 minutes. Sprinkle in cumin and curry leaves. Pour in water to cover.

Simmer until meat is tender. Serve with rice.

if this is one sort of mutton preparation so it be, but, dont call this Andhra mutton curry, no marination is used for any of andhra curries. and especially the curd/yoghurt is never used
if u don't know what is andhra mutton curry then dont say this as andhra mutton curry, if you want to learn it vist any village in the krishna . godavari distruicts of andhra pradesh u will know it
