Baked Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
4 potatoes
salt to taste

For Paneer Matar:
250 gm paneer
100 gm matter
1 onion - chopped
1 tomato - chopped
1 tbsp corn oil
pinch of haldi
pinch of salt

Method:
Boil the potatoes till cooked but firm. Drain.
Pierce a fork into the potato and hold over a flame till slightly roasted. Keep aside, till cool enough to handle.
Cut each potato into half horizontally and scoop out the centre, leaving a wall around.
Heat the oil in a pan and add haldi, onions and tomato and cook for two minutes.
Add the paneer and the peas and continue cooking on a medium flame for one minute more.
Fill the hollowed potatoes with the paneer matar filling and serve.
