Masala Puri Recipe
Ingredients
2 big Tomatoes
5-6 Green Chillies chopped
50 grams Ginger
50 grams Garlic
1 tablespoon Thymol Seeds (ajwain)
1/2 cup Mint Leaves chopped
1/2 cup Spinach
2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Gram Flour
1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Semolina (sujji)
2 tablespoon Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Take wheat flour, gram flour, semolina and flour and mix the oil well.
Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Mix all the rest of the ingredients and blend it in a mixer by adding little water.
Put this mixture in the flour mixture and make a dough.
Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes. Then make small balls and roll it in a circle. Pierce this puri with a fork.
If you want to bake it in a baking tray for 5 minutes or deep fry in oil or prepare it like paratha.
Relish this with yoghurt or your favourite vegetable or your favourite chutney.
