Ingredients:
Bengal Gram Dal - 1/2 cup
Tuvar Dal - 1/2 cup
Urad Dal - 1/4 cup
Raw Rice - 1/4 cup
Salt as per taste
Red Chillies - 8
Fresh Coconut - 1/2 cup, grated
Curry leaves
Green Chillies - 2, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves
Green Chillies - 3
Oil
Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:
1. Soak the rice and dals together for 2 hours.
2. Grind the red chillies, salt and asafoetida powder and then add the soaked dal.
3. Grind to a coarse paste.
4. Add grated coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves and mix well.
5. Heat oil in a pan.
6. Take small quantity of the mixture, shalpe it like a small balls and fry them in the hot oil.
7. Fry until golden brown.
8. Remove and Serve hot.
