Mixed Veg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

Fine rawa - 1 tbsp
Capsicum - 1 small
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Cabbage - 1 katori (finely chopped)
Peas/French beans - 1/2 cup
Green chili - 1 (Fine paste)
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup 9. Salt - to taste
Sugar - to taste
Cream - 2 tbsp

Method

Finely chop capsicum, cabbage , onion , tomato , coriander leaves.
Mix together all ingredients from 1-11.
Apply this mixture between two bread slices.
Put a fry pan on heat. Put 2 tsp. of oil in it.
Fry these sandwiches till golden brown.
