Set Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
Rice - 2 cups
Parboiled Rice - 1 cup
Urad Dal - 3/4 cup
Poha - 3/4 cup
Methi Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Soak rice, parboiled rice, urad dal and methi seeds in enough water for 6 hours.
2. Seperately soak the poha for 1-2 hours.
3. Grind all the ingredients along with poha adding enough water to form a pouring consistency.
4. Leave it overnight to ferment.
5. Add salt just before preparing the dosas and combine well.
6. Pour 2 laddles of batter on a hot tawa (do not spread the batter) and let it cook gradually over medium heat.
7. Drizzle some oil along the edges and let it cook for 2 mins or till nicely done.
8. Flip the dosa over and let it cook further for less than a minute or till it is slightly roasted.
9. Serve hot with chutney
