Spicy Lamb Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
4 toasted, open split buns
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Oil for shallow frying
Mix together for Burgers:
1/2 finely minced lamb meat
2 egg beaten
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/8 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
Roast Spices:
1 tbsp cumin deeds
1 tbs coriander powder
3 dry red chillies
1 cardamom
2 cloves
3-4 black pepper
1/2" cinnamon
(Roast all the spices and grind into powder)
Method:
Add powdered spices to burger mixture
Mix it well, add more egg beaten if the mixture is not binding
Make 4 patties from the mixture
Shallow fry the patties till brown
Apply mayonnaise on one inner side of buns
Place the patties in each bun
Top the patties with grated cheese
Serve with tomato ketchup and french fries
