Ingredients :

Leftover dosai or Idli  batter - 4 cups
Onion (finely chopped) - 1 large
Green chillies (finely chopped) - 6
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
Oil  - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Split balck gram dal - 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying

Method :

1. Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds and split balck gram dal , and add to the batter. Mix well.
2.  Pour out dosais on tawa about 1/4" to 3/8" thick. Sprinkle the chopped ingredients evenly. Pour a tablespoon of oil round the dosai and cover with a lid. Turn over the other side and allow to brown.
3.  Serve hot with any chutney.
