Chopped Bananas

Ingredients:
Bananas – 1 cup, sliced
Grapes – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Pineapple – 1/4 cup, chopped
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder – a pinch
Lemon Food Colour – a pinch (optional)
Honey – 2 tsp

Method:
1. Mix sugar, food colour and cardamom powder in a pan.
2. Add enough water and bring to a gentle boil to make a thick syrup.
3. Add the sliced bananas, grapes, tomatoes, pineapple and bring to a boil.
4. Remove from flame.
5. Add honey and mix well.
6. Serve.
