Godumai Dosai Recipe

  Ingredients :

Wheat flour – 3 cups
Rice flour -1 1/2 cups
Salt -2 tsp
Sour Buttermilk – 1/4 cup
Onion  – 1 large
Green chillies -3
Chopped coriander leaves – 3
Curry Leaves – 4
Oil for frying

 Method :

1.  Mix the types of flour with the salt and buttermilk, adding enough water to make a thin batter. Let it rest for 2 hours.
2.  Chop the onion and green chillies fine, and add to batter along with coriander leaves and curry leaves.
3,  Pour out dosais as described and serve with onion chutney.
