Honey and Nuts Ice Cream Recipe

Summer’s fav treat.
Nuts Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Cream – 2 cups
Almonds – 3 tblsp, chopped
Cashew Nuts – 3 tblsp, chopped
Pistachios – 3 tblsp, chopped
Boiled and Reduced Milk – 3 cups
Condensed Milk – 200 gms
Butter – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 cup, powdered
Honey – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Mix cream, milk, sugar, condensed milk and honey in a bowl.
2. Beat well.
3. Add butter and beat again.
4. Keep it in the freezer for 3 hours.
5. Remove and beat again.
6. Keep it in the freezer.
7. After 30 minutes, beat again and freeze again.
8. Remove from the freezer and garnish with the nuts.
9. Serve.

Tip: If desired, sprinkle some chocolate chips.
