Tasty, delicious and healthy drink for the summer.
Watermelon Lassi
Ingredients:
Curd – 2 cups, whisked without adding water
Plain Watermelon Juice – 1 cup
Rose Essence – little
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Ice cubes as required
Mint Sprigs to garnish (optional)

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
2. Shake well until frothy.
3. Pour into a chilled glass tumbler.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
5. Serve chill.
