Ingredients

Wheat flour           -  2 cups
Refined flour          -  3 cups
Sugar                     - 1/2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Water enough to mix
Salt to taste

 Method

1.  Sieve the wheat flour and refined flour together.

2.  Add salt and sugar mix well.

3.  Rub in the oil and add enough water to make a stiff dough. Set it aside for half an hour.

4.  Make medium sized balls, roll them out into uniform rounds and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown

5.  While frying press the puris down, so that they puff up. Serve hot.
