Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
Apples - 2, large
Fresh Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 tblsp
Full Cream Milk - 1 cup
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp

For Topping:
Brown Sugar - 2 tblsp

Method:
1. Do not peel the apple – only remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
2. Place in a baking dish in layers.
3. Blend the bread crumbs, sugar and milk in a mixer and add the cinnamon powder.
4. Pour this mixture over the apples, top with the brown sugar and cook in a microwave only for 3 minutes.
5. If using an oven bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pudding or pie is set.
6. Serve cold or at room temperature.

A recipe with the apple skins left is not so common. Sounds great! I prefer to have my apple pies after they have chilled enough in the refrigerator. The cold temperature makes it easier to eat the pie continuously. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
