Elaneer Payasam Recipe

Ingredients:
Tender Coconut flesh - 2nos.
Tender Coconut water - 100ml.
Thick Coconut milk - 200ml
Condensed milk - 100ml.
Pista - 25gm
Sugar - to taste
Saffron – few strands

Method:

Mix tender coconut water, coconut milk, tender cocunut flesh chopped, condensed milk, sugar and stir well.
Garnish with grated pista, saffron strands and serve chill.
