Coriander Idli Recipe

Ingredients:

Idli batter
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Bengal gram dhal - 1 teaspoon
Urad dhal - 1 teaspoon
Cashew Nuts - few
Green chillies - 2 to 3
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - a bunch

Method:

In a kadai put the oil and when it is hot add mustard.
When it pops up, add the dhals, green chillies and curry leaves and fry till the dhals turn into light brown.
Add this seasoning to the batter.
Chop the coriander finely and add to the batter.
Mix well and make idlies.
