Could you please tell me how do I boil chicken with turmeric WITHOUT adding water as directed in the recipe? Do you mean steam-boil it? This is an honest request for help because I liked the recipe and would like to cook Andhra Chicken Fry. Thanks.

u dont hav to add any water, once u put the chicken on the flame, water drains out from the chicken due to heat, so that water is sufficient.:)

u can boil the chicken without adding water because while cooking we will get water from chicken itself.as they said in the recipe cut chicken into pieces add some salt & turmeric, just mix it once and then keep frypan on stove then add chicken to it.while coking water extract from chicken, just wait until all the water gets evapourated thats it and then continue with ur preparation as they said.
