Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
6 - Bananas (should be firm but ripe)
2 cups - Yogurt (beaten)
6 tbsp - Honey
2 tsp - Sugar
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
1 tsp - Lemon Juice
8 to 10 - Ice Cubes (crushed)
8 to 10 - Fresh Mint Leaves
   
Method:

1. Cut the banana into roundels.
2. Sprinkle the sugar and mix gently.
3. In a blender add all the ingredients except mint leaves and blend till smooth.
4. Serve in tall glasses and decorate with mint leaves.
