Pumpkin and Coconut Milk Payasam Recipe

Ingredients:
Yellow Pumpkin – 1/2 cup, grated
Coconut Milk – 1 cup
Pachai Karpooram (Edible Camphor) – very little
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Jaggery – 2 tblsp, grated
Milk Powder – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Mix the milk powder with the coconut milk. Place over low flame.
2. Add pumpkin, cardamom powder, camphor and jaggery.
3. Stir well.
4. Serve.
