Banana Raita Recipe

Ingredients

1 Banana-peeled, sliced
1 Jalapeno or equivalent of Serrano Chillies
1 Cup Yoghurt
1 Teaspoon Mustard
Salt and Sugar as per taste

Method:

Mix all ingredients except the mustard.
Grind mustard with pestle into a drypowder.
Add some water and again grind till a strong pungent aroma of mustard emerges.
Add paste to the raita
Enjoy with Roti or Dal and Rice.

in place of chillies and rai, u can use green cardommom crushed too. it tastes yummy.
