A variation of the Popular South Indian Avial.

Ingredients:
Oats – 1 cup, ground coarsely
Green Chillies – 2
Coconut – 2 tblsp, grated
Cashewnuts – 5 to 6
Green Grapes – 10 to 20
Pomegranate Seeds – 1/4 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Curry Leaves – handful, chopped
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Soak the oats in 1/2 cup of curd for 15 minutes.
2. Grind the green chillies, coconut, cashewnuts and salt together.
3. Add to the soaked oats.
4. Add the remaining curd and mix well.
5. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
6. Add green grapes, pomegranate seeds and transfer to a serving bowl.
7. Serve at once.
