Banana Muffins

Ingredients:
Oats – 1/2 cup, powdered
Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Banana – 1, mashed
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Muffin Cups/Trays

Method:
1. Combine the oat flour, rice flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Add the olive oil, milk, bananas and mix well.
3. Fill the muffin cups with the mixture and place them in a preheated oven at 180C/360F.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove and cool.
6. Serve.
