Kiwi Krush Recipe

Crushed with plenty of ice, this fruity combination quickly makes an adult slush. Enjoy before it goes past its best.

Ingredients:

  • Light Rum – 1 part
  • Melon Liqueur – 1/4 part
  • Grapefruit Juice – 1 part
  • Kiwi Fruit – 1, peeled
  • Ice – crushed
  • Slice of Kiwi Fruit for garnish

Method:

  1. Blend the rum, liqueur, grapefruit juice, kiwi fruit and ice in a blender until slushy.
  2. Pour into a large glass.
  3. Garnish with a kiwi fruit slice.
  4. Serve.
