To set the scene – serve this coconut cocktail in a real coconut shell.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut Juice – 4 parts
  • White Rum – 1 part
  • Apricot Brandy – 1 part
  • Coconut Milk – 1 part
  • Ice cubes – crushed

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients for 10 seconds.
  2. Pour into a chilled tumbler or coconut shell.
  3. Serve.
