Tongue Twister Recipe

Light or golden rum has a subtler taste than the dark rum, so it doesn’t mash other liqueur flavours.

Ingredients:

  • Light Rum – 2 parts
  • Coconut Cream Liqueur – 1 part
  • Orange Curacao – 1 part
  • Lemon Juice – 2 parts
  • Nutmeg – grated
  • Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Shake the rum, coconut cream liqueur, orange curacao and lemon juice over ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Sprinkle grated nutmeg.
  4. Serve.
