Santa Cruz Daisy Recipe

Traditionally Daisies weere made with raspberry syrup, but any good sugar or fruit syrup will produce a delicate sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • Rum – 4 parts
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Curacao – 2 tsp
  • Sugar Syrup – 5 to 6 dashes
  • Crushed Ice
  • Soda Water

Method:

  1. Combine the rum, sugar syrup, curacao and lemon juice over ice.
  2. Strain into a highball glass.
  3. Top up with soda water.
  4. Serve.
