Cuban Special Recipe

A light and sweet offering from the tropical island.

Ingredients:

  • Rum – 1 part
  • Lime Juice – 1/2 part
  • Pineapple Juice – 1/2 tblsp
  • Triple Sec – 1/2 tsp
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple Wedge

Method:

  1. Shake the rum, lime juice, pineapple juice and triple sec over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
  4. Serve.
