Ingredients:
- Sesame Oil - 1/2 cup
- Whole Red Peppers - 8
- Onions - 2, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 tblsp, chopped
- Ginger - 2 tblsp, minced
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Corn Flour - 4 tblsp, mixed with a cup of water
- Vinegar - 2 tblsp
- Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
- Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
Method:
- Grind the onions, ginger and garlic together.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute the whole red peppers till dark.
- Add the onion paste and stir-fry over high heat.
- Add the corn flour mixture.
- Reduce flame and add the chilli powder, vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce and salt.
- Mix well.
- Cook till well blended and use as desired.
