Sunrise Mimosa Recipe

A reward for getting up earlier than the other guests.

Ingredients:

  • Apricot Nectar – 2 tblsp
  • Orange Juice – 1 tblsp
  • Champagne – 4 ounces
  • Orange slice

Method:

  1. Mix the apricot nectar and orange juice in a champagne flute glass.
  2. Gently pour the champagne.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice.
  4. Serve.
