Greyhound Recipe

This suburban classic is a refreshingly tart spin-off of the Screwdriver. Made with fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice instead of the subpar canned juice that is used all too frequently, the Greyhound is sublime in its simplicity. For a slightly sweeter version, try using fresh-squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit juice.

  • Vodka – 2 ounces
  • Fresh Grapefruit Juice – 5 ounces

  1. Pour the ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass.
  2. Stir.
  3. Serve.
