A quasi-classic, this tequila version of the salty dog is a refreshingly tart highball with enough bite from the agave to leave you begging for another.
- Silver Tequila – 2 ounces
- Grapefruit Juice – 5 to 6 ounces
- Kosher Salt
- Lemon Wedge
- Rub the rim of a chilled highball glass with the lemon wedge and rim with salt.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the tequila.
- Top with the grapefruit juice.
