Cardinale Recipe

This is a martini with a difference, first devised and mixed in Harry’s Bar in Venice. Today, it has become such a popular choice that it is widely available in ready-mixed bottled form.

Ingredients:

  • Gin – 6 parts
  • Dry Vermouth – 1 part
  • Campari – 3 parts
  • Ice Cubes

Method:

  1. Mix the gin, vermouth and Campari together in a bar glass.
  2. Add a few ice cubes.
  3. Strain into a martini glass and serve ungarnished.
