This popular brine-infused variation of the classic Martini was a favorite of Franklin Roosevelt, who historically served one up to Joseph Stalin in 1943.
- Gin – 2 ounces
- Extra-dry Vermouth – 1/2 ounce
- Brine from Cocktail Olives – 1/2 ounce
- Green Cocktail Olive
- Stir the liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the olive.
