Just sip quietly and your blues will soon drift away…
1 measure coconut liqueur
1 measure blue Curacao
½ measure white rum
¼ measure pineapple juice
Toasted shredded coconut, to decorate
1. Whizz the first five ingredients together in a blender until frothy and partly frozen.
2. Pour into a tall iced glass, top up with more ice and finish with a little toasted shredded coconut.
