Dates - 10, seeds removed
Tamarind Extract - 1 cup
Dry Red Chillies - 4
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Jaggery - little
Raisins - 10
Salt as per tasteMethod:
1. Combine all ingredients and grind to a fine paste.
2. Strain this paste and transfer to a heavy-bottomed bowl.
3. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes till it has a thick pouring consistency
4. Remove and dilute with water before serving.
