Don’t ever say that it ruins good champagne; just enjoy a long heady draught of a timeless treasure.

INGREDIENT:

Stout or Guinness, chilled

Champagne, chilled

METHOD:

1. Pour both drinks in equal quantities carefully (may fizz up well) into a long beer or highball glass.
