Sparkling Gold Recipe

For a very special occasion like a golden wedding anniversary, you could float tiny pieces of edible gold leaf on the top of each glass.

INGREDIENT:

1 measure golden rum

½ measure Cointreau

Champagne, chilled

METHOD:

Pour the rum and liqueur into a chilled flute and top up with chilled champagne.
