Ingredients -
white til(sesame seeds) - 1/4 cup
split black gram(urad dal) - 1/4 cup
bengal gram(chana dal) - 3/4 cup
yellow dal(toovar dal) - 1 cup
asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
dried red chillies - 10 - 15 OR kashmiri chillies - 15 - 20 OR accdly.
Method -
Roast the dals till they turn slightly brown. Remove from heat & let them cool.
Roast the remaining except salt & let them cool too.
Grind all these with salt & store in an air tight container.
