Poha Chivda Recipe
Ingredients:-
Poha(beaten rice) - thin variety - 3 cups
green chillies - 3 to 4(finely chopped)
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
dalia(split chana dal) - 5 to 6 tbsp
sugar - 2 tsps(optional)
groundnut - 1/4 cup
turmeric pdr - 1/4 tsp
curry leaves - 5 - 6
salt to taste
oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
Method:-
Roast the groundnut & dalia in very little oil. Also dry roast the poha separately. Keep aside.
Then take a tbsp of oil, add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves & turmeric pdr & roast them for a min. Add the roasted groundnut & dalia & mix together.
Add the poha, salt & mix all the ingredients together properly.
Preferably do this on a low flame.
Let it cool & then store it in an air tight container.

It's a grt and i replaced dalia(split chana dal) with Quaker oats and it turned out to be yummy. Thnxs 4 the recipe
