Paneer Kebabs Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup grated paneer
1 tbsp. corn flour
2 tbsp. fine bread crumbs
4 green chillies chopped fine
1/2 tsp. ginger crushed
1/2 tsp. garlic crushed
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 bread slice
salt to taste
oil to deep fry
   
Method:

1. Wet the bread slice and squeeze out extra water. Crush coarsely.
2. Mix all ingredients, except oil and bread crumbs.
3. Gently knead into a dough.
4. Make pingpong sized balls and roll in the crumbs to coat the balls.
5. Heat oil, deep fry the balls on medium fire, till golden brown.
6. Serve hot with sauce or tamarind chutney.

I dont think kebabs are fried aren't they grilled? especially i have never had a fried paneer kebab.
