Papri Chaat Recipe
Ingredients:
Papri - 100 gms
Yogurt - 6 cups, chilled and whisked
Cumin Seeds - 2 tblsp, crushed and roasted
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Black Salt - 1 tsp
Potatoes - 1 cup, cooked and chopped
Vadas - 1 cup, soaked in water and drained
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
Sev or Bhujia - 1 cup
Green Chutney
Sweet Chutney
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Add salt and chilli powder to the yogurt.
2. Spread 6 to 8 papris on a plate.
3. Sprinkle 2 tblsp potatoes, 1 tblsp crumbled vadas, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp green chutney and 2 tsp sweet chutney.
4. Pour 1 cup of yogurt over the papris.
5. With a teaspoon pour more of the green and sweet chutney.
6. Garnish with black salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves and sev.
7. Serve immediately.
