Coriander Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
Coriander Leaves - 2 bunch, chopped
Tamarind - 1 small lime sized ball
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - 1
Jaggery - a small piece
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Dry roast the cumin seeds.
2. Wash and chop the coriander leaves.
3. Grind the coriander leaves, tamarind, jaggery, cumin seeds, red chilli and salt.
4. Add a little water during grinding to obtain a smooth chutney.
5. Serve with idli and dosa.
