- Mint Chutney
Mint Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
Mint Leaves - 1 bunch
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Black Pepper - 3 to 4
Red Chilli - 2
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Wash and chop the mint leaves into small pieces.
2. Add all the ingredients and grind them smoothly.
3. Pour oil in a pan and lightly fry the chutney.
4. Serve with idli or dosa.
