Raisin Cooler Recipe
Ingredients:
250 g - dry raisins
3 cups - water
cracked ice
a few drops - food colouring
a few drops - essence of rose or kewra
Method:
Boil the raisins in water till they turn very soft, remove from fire
Mash to a paste and pass through a sieve.
Chill and serve after mixing the rest of the above ingredients.
