Red Pumpkin Poori Recipe

Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour - 2 Cups
Pumpkin (boiled, skinned and mashed) - 1 Cup
Jaggery or Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying

Method:

Mix all the ingredients and form into a dough.
Roll the dough out somewhat thicker than a plain poori.
And fry in oil just as you would the normal Poori.
